Embark on an 8 week journey with community drumming classes in Gold Coat guided by Gareth Cohen, where you'll discover the intersection of meditation and African drumming. Begin and end your session with potent guided meditations aimed at both relaxing you and unlocking your greatest potential. Dive into the vibrant world of West African rhythms, led by Gareth himself, as you explore traditional techniques and songs. Conclude your experience with a final drop-in, and a laid-back social hangout, accompanied by South African tea and biscuits provided for your enjoyment. Join us for an immersive fusion of meditation and rhythm, designed to awaken your senses and elevate your spirit, both in and out of the classroom.
